It can be simple – yes, believe me !- it’s always dazzling and certainly beautiful

Respectable…so many hours, days, weeks, months of work….

2 days in Paris and being found of beads…and you’re running like crazy to get…what you have in mind…

It doesn’t seem much but…you will see what will appear coming from this little unshaped pile !!

And below, this is the big come back of the famous coton fabric “Liberty”, even on buttons !

Because a friend made me a beautiful olive green ring, I made this delicate necklace to match it ! On a silver thin chain, clear or olive green crystal beads announce several pendants : a mix of crystal, pearly, resin, metal empty fish….discrete but elegant. You can find two other versions of it, one in grey tones, one in black and clear crystal tones, in the post “Simpchai necklace” !

I just updated the Natalie necklace with two new ones, a purple one and a light pink one !

I apologize….I took a very very long summer break !!

It was so good to be back to Europe, I was born for…vacation !

Before being back on beads and jewels, I would like to share with you something I made to remember my family, wich is a craft work perfect for september !

Collect identity pictures of your family members, at least two of each person (one about twenty years ago and a recent one) and display them like a family tree, here you go :

It’s fun, everybody likes it and all the people coming in the house like to discover how we looked when we were…very young !

In France, on May1st, it’s a tradition to offer un bunch of Lily of the Valley…here, in California, it’s almost impossible to find some….Here’s mine : it lasts for ever……

But Americans make nice jewels representing this cute flower !

“Petite feuille” – “little leaf “- is the story of a baby girl named Suzette, who was born somewhere in United States and adopted recently by a adorable couple of friends. This story on open adoption is moving for everybody and helpful for the ones who are in the same situation.

“Milygems” is the site of a talented friend who knit cables to make beautiful jewels. She made these necklace and earrings for me :

“MLG’s blog” is a living blog from a good friend. She puts a lot of her into it. Keep up the good work and, girls, follow her, this is colorful, changing and really nice !

“Paul&Sophie” –  french again- is the blog of a talented young friend who knows how to knit, how to sew. It’s interesting because it’s very representative of this generation of young “chic” couples for whom fashion is very important.

“San Francisco Geneline” is a wonderful blog made by two french women who lived for many years in San Francisco :  full of humor, it gives everything you can find in guides or books on the city but a lot more complete. From their eyes, it’s different and they definitely loved the City by the Bay !

“Galet&Galette” is posted by a french friend with who I was doing private sales a few years ago in France. At that time, she was painting on dishes. See an example of plate she made. She has GREAT taste, she’s very talented and I’m happy to see that she went back to flower paintings, because, Marielle, this is gorgeous !

“Aurélie Mathigot” I don’t know you but I’m very impressed by your work ! She’s a lacemaker one kind you never saw before !

“Les tables de Stef” is an amaizing blog on setting tables. It’s beautiful, I love it and I think the display on a table is 40% of what you eat in your plate !

For two good friends, bloggers and craft-creators, the bookstore in Japantown in SF is…

….a mine !

Those little japanese books are lovely, full of nice pictures and ideas ! I know that every creative girl around the world loves them !!
